Learn how to paint intuitively. Abstract painting can be very freeing. You can mindfully use colors, line, shapes and textures to create an interesting and lively abstract painting. We will also focus on creating textures, blending colors and how to work in layers to create visual interest. Our medium will be acrylic paints on canvas. All materials and supplies are provided.

This isn’t a painting party where you paint the same thing as the instructor and other participants and then take it home to put it away in a closet, because although it was fun, you just really don’t want to hang a painting of a Christmas tree in a boat on your wall.  I want you to think of this painting as something you proudly want to hang in your home or give as a gift.

Not only will you be creating your own art, you will have an opportunity to shop fine art giclee prints, note cards, bags, and original acrylic paintings on paper from artist/teacher Liz Paris.

As the Host ~ Invite your friends to a painting party. The party takes place in the comfort of your own home. But of course, we can discuss if you would like to host at a different location.

Party size: minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 12. Once you book the party with me, I will provide you with a link so participants can sign up.
